  • Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, cellphone, or tablet.

JRP Virtual, Inc., through its licensed operators Casting Call, Inc. (Nevada and Delaware) and its affiliated brand The Industry Network, is a talent development organization, not a licensed talent agency or personal manager.

We do not procure, attempt to procure, offer, or promise employment or engagements for artists. Only talent agencies licensed under California Labor Code §1700.5 may lawfully provide such services.

Our offerings include training, workshops, and showcases designed to support skill development and professional exposure. Participation does not guarantee employment, auditions, or representation.

Opportunities occasionally shared within our programs or on our website are provided for informational purposes only. All third-party logos, trademarks, and brand names referenced remain the property of their respective owners and do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.

Clients are responsible for their own submissions. We do not act as an agent, negotiate contracts, or take commissions related to any potential employment.

California Residents: Under the Krekorian Talent Scam Prevention Act, you may cancel your first-time online enrollment within 10 business days for a full refund under California Civil Code §1694.

Disputes Resolution

Informal Negotiations

You agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us, with at least 30 days of good faith negotiations before pursuing arbitration or litigation.

Binding Arbitration

Unresolved disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in DuPage County, Illinois. You waive your right to a jury trial.

Restrictions

Disputes must be resolved individually. Class actions and representative proceedings are prohibited.

Exceptions

Disputes relating to intellectual property, theft, privacy violations, or injunctive relief may proceed in court rather than arbitration.

For European Union (EU) Users

If you reside in the EU, you are entitled to the protection of your local consumer protection laws.

United States Legal Compliance

You represent that you are not located in a sanctioned country or listed on any U.S. government restricted parties list.

Severability and Waiver

If any provision is found invalid, the remainder of the Terms will continue in effect. A failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of future enforcement.

Translation Interpretation

If these Terms are translated, the English version prevails in case of conflict.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in the following while using our Service:
